Are you located in Jakarta and want to join a friendly, inclusive, and sociable footy club atmosphere? Playing with the Jakarta Bintangs is a great way to stay fit, have fun and meet a variety of interesting people. It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, male or female, Australian, Indonesian or another nationality — all are welcome.
Trainings are held mostly held at Lapangan Bola Aldiron in Jakarta on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. On occassion trainings are also held Thursday nights at Senayan Hockey Field in the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK) complex. Games are played at Buperta Park, Cibubur. Venue maps can be found here.
If you’re more interested in the social aspect, the Jakarta Bintangs get together every weekend to watch AFL together, usually on both Fridays and Saturdays. We also host a range of events including trivia nights, a golf day, and our biggest event of the year which is the AFL Grand Final Event.
